Except for this limited express warranty and any implied warranties under applicable law, The Perfect Sleep Pad makes no express or implied representations or warranties, either in this document or in any of its instruction manuals, product packaging, or other materials accompanying or used in conjunction with sale or marketing of the product.
What Does The Perfect Sleep Pad Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover: use of the product in a commercial operation, improper maintenance of the product, damage due to misuse, acts of God, nature, vandalism or other acts beyond the control of The Perfect Sleep Pad’s, owner’s acts of omissions, use outside the country in which the product was initially purchased and resales of the product by the original owner. This warranty does not cover pick up, delivery, transportation or house calls. This warranty does not cover products purchased from a party that is not an authorized retailer, dealer, or distributor of The Perfect Sleep Pad.
How Long Does The Warranty Guarantee Coverage Last?
This limited express warranty, and any implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) on the control unit of the product will be for two (2) years from the documented date of purchase, as noted below. The sewn mattress pad and associated tubing are warrantied for 90 days from the documented date of purchase, as noted below. Coverage terminates if the purchaser sells, disposes of, or otherwise transfers the product.
What Will The Perfect Sleep Pad Do?
For the duration of warranty coverage, at its option:
- During the first 30 days of documented purchase date The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the mattress pad and associated tubing that are defective in either materials or workmanship to include parts, labor, and delivery back to the purchaser at the expense of The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC.
- During year one (1) following the documented date of purchase, The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the control unit that are defective in either materials or workmanship to include parts, labor, and delivery back to the purchaser at the expense of The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC.
- During year two (2) following the documented date of purchase, The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the control unit that are defective in either materials or workmanship at the expense of The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC. Labor and return delivery to the purchaser will be billed to the purchaser at a cost of what the shipping cost is to send back the product. Payment will be made at time of issuance of Return Authorization Number.
- Alternatively, The Perfect Sleep Pad, LLC will at its option refund to you your documented purchase price.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible under this warranty, and before returning a defective product, you MUST first obtain a Return Authorization Number from The Perfect Sleep Pad. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, complete a repair request form by clicking here or call us at 1-888-535-7446, or email info@perfectsleeppad.com. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, the product should be carefully packaged and delivered, with all postage or delivery charges prepaid, to the foregoing address. You MUST also include in the package (1) your name, telephone number and shipping address, (2) a brief written description of the problem, and (3) documentation of the date and amount of your purchase together with your Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for all damages incurred in shipping.

Returning Your Perfect Sleep Pad
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the purchase of The Perfect Sleep Pad and the natural sleep remedies it will provide, you are able to return it for a full refund of the purchase price* provided all requirements are met.
- The trial period begins the day you receive your Perfect Sleep Pad.
- Sleep on your new Perfect Sleep Pad for 30 nights, which provides sufficient time to get used to the comfort it offers, your ideal sleep temperature, as well as the system in general.
- If within the first 30 days you are not comfortable with your Perfect Sleep Pad please contact us. Our Customer Service will assist you and seek to address any questions or concerns you may have.
- If we cannot resolve the situation to your satisfaction, we will take the Perfect Sleep Pad back and reimburse your purchase price less the initial shipping costs.
- Please note you will be responsible for return shipping charges to The Perfect Sleep Pad. Feel free to contact our Customer Service for tips and suggestions for protection of your Perfect Sleep Pad during shipment.
- All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and must be given a return authorization number from Customer Service. This RA will expire within 30 days of the date of issuance. The RA packing slip must be included in the box with the product when returned.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product at The Perfect Sleep pad.
- If the Perfect Sleep Pad was originally purchased through an Authorized Dealer, you will need to contact that Dealer for assistance in this process. The refund will be provided by your Dealer.
